This lesson will show you how to add Trip Type Templates to your Trip Types in Helm CONNECT.
Trip Types Templates
Use the Trip Types tab, in Orders, under Setup, to find your trip type.
Click Configure, then select the Templates Tab. If you have access to multiple divisions, you can set up different field configurations for each division.
NoteIf you don't make any template configuration for a particular division, it will inherit the template configuration from its parent division.
To configure your Trip Type template, add Events and Activities in the order you want them to appear.
NoteUsers will be able to enter different Events and Activities on a Job that are not part of the template
