- If you haven't used Helm CONNECT for a while, your system administrator may have deactivated your account. Please reach out to your system administrator if you think this might be the case.
- If your company uses the optional password expiry feature, your password may have expired. If this is the case, you'll see the Password Reset window when you try to log in to Helm CONNECT. Check out this FAQ for more about resetting your password.
