We know it takes time and effort for new Helm CONNECT administrators to become familiar with all the configurations and workflows in Helm CONNECT, and we’re here to help. Let us train your Helm CONNECT administrators and quickly give them all the tools they need to support your end users.
Our one-week Helm CONNECT Certified Administrator courses provide students with a solid foundation in Helm CONNECT Maintenance or Helm CONNECT Compliance. In just four 2.5-hour sessions, your Helm CONNECT administrators will learn how to configure Helm CONNECT and receive a high-level overview of the key crew and shore workflows. By the end of the course, they’ll earn a certificate and a badge to share on social media, and they’ll have everything they need to train end users and manage Helm CONNECT on and off your vessels. Certifications are valid for three years, after which they can be renewed by retaking the course, attending a Helm Conference training day, or challenging the exam.
We keep the classes small, with only eight students per session, ensuring lots of personal attention from our experienced trainer and opportunities for discussion and hands-on practice. Each course culminates in a test project to evaluate the student’s understanding of the material.
