An asset installation will attempt to sync its data with the shore every five minutes. If a data sync is interrupted by something, such as a dropped internet connection, it will try again at progressively longer intervals until it reaches an interval of one hour. It will then continue to check once per hour until it’s able to sync again.
If the asset installation is currently running on an older version of Helm CONNECT than the shore, data will continue to sync but the asset installation won’t be able to see any data sent from shore (including password resets) until it has been updated to the latest version of Helm CONNECT.
