To reset a user's password, do the following steps in Helm CONNECT.
- From the menu, under Setup, select Users.
- Click the Users tab.
- From the list, select the person whose password you want to reset.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Resend Email. That user will receive an email with a link to the Reset Password web page.
- Click Temp Password and enter a temporary password. The user will be able to login with this password but will be prompted to change it immediately. The user will need to log in with this password on Helm CONNECT in the cloud; trying to reset the password from a local installation on an asset might not work properly.
