How do I reset a user's password?

To reset a user's password

  1. Go to the Setup > Users > Users tab.
  2. From the list, select the person whose password you want to reset.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Resend Email. That user will receive an email with a link to the Reset Password web page.
    • Click Temp Password and enter a temporary password. The user must then use this password to log in to Helm CONNECT on shore, where they will be prompted to change it immediately.
