To reset a user's password, do the following steps in Helm CONNECT.
- From the menu, under Setup, select Users.
- Click the Users tab.
- From the list, select the person whose password you want to reset.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Resend Email. That user will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
- Click Temp Password and enter a temporary password. The user will be able to login with this password, but will be prompted to change it immediately.
