How do I reset a user's password?

To reset a user's password, do the following steps in Helm CONNECT.

  1. From the menu, under Setup, select Users.
  2. Click the Users tab.
  3. From the list, select the person whose password you want to reset.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Resend Email. That user will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
    • Click Temp Password and enter a temporary password. The user will be able to login with this password, but will be prompted to change it immediately.
