To ensure all our customers continue to have the best possible experience when using Helm CONNECT, we've scheduled a major upgrade to our servers.
Starting at 9:30 am PDT (12:30 pm EDT) on Saturday, April 28, 2018, Helm CONNECT may be unavailable to some shore-side users for up to 12 hours. Any crews using Helm CONNECT on asset installations can continue their work during the upgrade. When we're finished, everyone will be able to use Helm CONNECT as before.
Thank you for your patience during this important upgrade to our infrastructure. We've planned everything to be as seamless as possible.
