While troubleshooting an issue with you, the Support team may ask you to send them a file.
To send a file to the Support team
- In the Ticket Number field below, enter your ticket number.
- Do one of the following:
- Drag the file onto the box below.
- Click Browse files and navigate to the file on your computer.
- Click Upload to send the file. The Support team will review it and update your ticket.
