Deprecation of Windows 7

We ended our support for the Windows 7 operating system in Helm CONNECT Version 1.25, which means we no longer test our releases for compatibility with Windows 7 or provide bug fixes for any issues reported with Windows 7. This change was necessary because Microsoft ended its support for Windows 7 in January 2020 and no longer provides technical support for any issues, software updates, or security updates or fixes.

If you still use Windows 7 for your asset installations, we recommend you transition to one of our supported operating systems. Otherwise, you may find that some features in Helm CONNECT become unusable or that the application becomes inaccessible.
