Add PO Number and Trip Number Fields to Voyages

Trip Number and PO Number are optional fields that you can add to your voyages. When set to Show, they appear near the top of the Logistics > Dispatch > Voyages tab, above the voyage details.

To configure PO Number and Trip Number fields

1. Go to the Setup > Field Configurations > Voyage Configuration tab.
2. For each field, select whether you want it to:
   • Show: Make the field visible when creating or updating voyages.
   • Hide: Remove the field from view.
   • Required: Make the field mandatory before a voyage can be saved.
   • Not Required: Allow voyages to be saved without completing the field.
3. Click Save Changes.
