If an asset installation is not on the latest version of Helm CONNECT, follow the steps below to update it.
To update an asset installation to the latest version of Helm CONNECT
- Ensure your computer is plugged in and you have a stable internet connection. Helm CONNECT won’t update on a computer that’s running on a battery.
- In your system tray (located near the clock in the bottom right of your screen), right click on the Helm CONNECT icon.
- Hover over Updates to display more options, then click Check For Updates.
- Wait a few minutes, then check which version your asset installation is on by hovering over the words Helm CONNECT in the top left corner of your screen.
