Update an Asset Installation to the Latest Version of Helm CONNECT

If an asset installation is not on the latest version of Helm CONNECT, follow the steps below to update it.

To update an asset installation to the latest version of Helm CONNECT

1. Ensure your computer is plugged in and you have a stable internet connection. Helm CONNECT won’t update on a computer that’s running on a battery.
2. In your system tray (located near the clock in the bottom right of your screen), right click on the Helm CONNECT icon.
3. Hover over Updates to display more options, then click Check For Updates.

   

4. Wait a few minutes, then check which version your asset installation is on by hovering over the words Helm CONNECT in the top left corner of your screen.
