- Click Sounding Data.
- From the Sounding Unit list, select the unit of measurement (for example, feet and inches, or meters).

- Click Save Changes. A checkmark appears next to the Sounding Data button to confirm that a table has been uploaded.

To duplicate a tank or cargo hold within the same asset
- On the Tanks and Cargo Holds sub-tab, select the tank or cargo hold you want to duplicate.
- Click Duplicate.

- Click Save. The duplicate appears in the list for the asset.
To duplicate tanks or cargo holds across multiple assets
- On the Tanks and Cargo Holds sub-tab, click Duplicate Cargo Holds.
- In the Duplicate Cargo Holds window, select the assets you want to duplicate to. You can filter the list by Asset Type or Division.

- The duplicates appear on the Tanks and Cargo Holds sub-tab for each selected asset.
Delete Tanks or Cargo Holds
You can delete tanks and cargo holds if they’ve never been used in a log entry. If you try to delete one that has been used, the system will display a message saying “Unable to delete this cargo hold.” In that case, mark it inactive instead.
