About the Platform

Our "platform" is our base product, which you can view as the foundation your Helm CONNECT environment is built on. The platform includes the common features and functionality shared by all our customers. Regardless of the product lines or modules you subscribe to, you'll first need to configure the platform features and functions.

Setting up the platform means putting these foundations in place: your company structure (divisions, departments, and locations), your users (roles, positions, and accounts), your assets, and your work spaces. To get started, see "Overview of Your Company."
