Crew Scheduling: Overview

The Crew Scheduling module shows your assets, the positions on each asset, and the crew who fill them on one timeline. You can use it to see who is on each asset and where each crew member is scheduled.

What You Can Do in the Crew Scheduling Module

• See planned and actual crewing for one asset, a group of assets, or your whole company on a continuous timeline.
• Draw new crew assignments directly on the schedule.
• Move and resize existing schedules by dragging them.
• Open the Crew view to find crew for open positions by availability, position, and certifications.
• Build schedules automatically from the rotations and crewing requirements you set up.
• Check your schedules for conflicts, certification warnings, and safe manning problems.
• Notify your crew about changes to their schedules.
