Why Your Screen Is Blank After You Log In

Depending on your browser settings, this could be a caching issue. We suggest you use the steps below to try clearing your browser data.

Chrome

To clear your browser data in Chrome

1. In the browser bar, enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData to display the "Clear browsing data" window.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. From the Time range list, select All time then select the following options:
   • Browsing history
   • Download history
   • Cookies and other site data
   • Cached images and files
4. Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge

To clear your browser data in Microsoft Edge

1. In the browser bar, enter edge://settings/clearBrowserData to display the "Clear browsing data" window.
2. From the Time range list, select All time then select the following options:
   • Browsing history
   • Download history
   • Cookies and other site data
   • Cached images and files
3. Click Clear now.
