Work Rest: Customize Your Reports
You can customize your work-rest reports by adding a signature area and/or adding a legal section or a custom footer.
Add a signature area to a Report
To add a signature area
- On the Personnel > Schedule > Work Rest tab, click the Settings button to display the Settings window.
- From the menu bar on the left, click Reporting.
- Under Report Footer, toggle the Include Crew Signatures slider on.
- Click SAVE.
Add a legal section or custom footer to the report
You can add a legal section or custom footer to the bottom of your work-rest reports.
To add a legal section or custom footer
- On the Personnel > Schedule > Work Rest tab, click the Settings button to display the Settings window.
- From the menu bar on the left, click Reporting.
- Under Report Footer, toggle the Include Legal Section slider on.
- Enter the text you want to appear in the footer.
- Click SAVE.
