Are there data limits for reports?

Yes. To help ensure that our reports are as fast and stable as possible, we impose the following limits on the number of columns and rows you can add to each report:

• Column limits: Reports are limited to 40 columns. As soon as you open a new or existing report, it's easy to see the number of columns in your current report and whether you're approaching the limit. If you reach 40 columns, you'll be prevented from adding any additional columns.

  

• Row limits: Most reports are limited to 100,000 rows; however, reports based on the following data sources have a higher limit of 200,000 rows: Parts, Parts History, Part Quantities, Vendor Part Prices, Forms, all the Checklists reports, and all the Templates reports. If you try to export the report as a PDF or a CSV, you'll see a warning that you've exceeded the maximum number of rows and must use the available filters to reduce the amount of data in your report.
