Logbook: Add a Manifest Passenger Using an Existing Profile
When you have external people profiles already set up in your system, you can quickly add them to the Manifest by selecting them from a list. This is the fastest way to log passenger arrivals when you've preloaded their information.
To add a passenger using an existing profile
- Go to the Onboard > Logs > Manifest tab.
- From the asset list, select the asset where the passenger is boarding.
- Use the date navigation to select the arrival date.
- In the empty row at the top of the grid, click in the External Person field and select the person you want to add. The system fills in the person's details automatically based on their existing profile.
- In the Time On field, enter the time the person boarded. You can enter it as "12:15" or "1215"—either format works.
- As soon as you enter the time on, the Date On field fills in automatically with the date you selected in step 3.
- Click the Add Manifest Entry (+) icon at the far left of this person’s row in the grid to save the entry and add a new blank row above their entry.
The passenger now appears in the Manifest grid. You'll see them listed for each day from their arrival date until you log their departure.
NoteIf you don't see a person in the External Person list, check that their person profile is enabled for this asset's division on the Setup > Logbook > Manifest tab. You can also create a profile for them right from the grid. See Add a Manifest Passenger Without an Existing Profile.
