How do I delete or correct a finished form?
You can’t delete a finished form, however, you can use the Correct History feature to modify the information in a finished form. For example, if you’ve completed the wrong form by mistake, you could use the Correct History feature to add a note to the finished form explaining your error, then complete the correct one.
NoteYou can’t use the Correct History feature to change the due date on a finished form. The form will automatically move on to the next due period.
To correct the information on a finished form
- On the Onboard > Logs > History tab, select the form you want to correct.
TipClick Show all filters to show all the available filters and use them to find the form.
- Click Correct History. You’ll see a warning message that your changes will be tracked and available for review. Click Correct History to close the warning message.
NoteYou won’t see the Correct History button if you don’t have permission to correct history. Please contact your system administrator if you have any questions about your role-based permissions.
- Make the necessary corrections, then click Finish Corrections.
