How can I see how a billing line was calculated?

There's an easy way to quickly see how a billing line was calculated.

To quickly see how a billing line was calculated

1. From either the Logistics > Billing > Overview or the Logistics > Billing > Transactions tab, open the invoice you want to view.

   TipYou can also use global search to quickly find the invoice by pressing Alt + G on your keyboard, entering the order or transaction number in the Search window, then selecting the invoice you want from the list.

2. On the relevant billing line, click the Billing Info icon to display the billing information for that line.

   

3. (Optional) Click on the contract or tariff to view the specific rule used for the billing line.
