Logbook: Configure Manifest Settings by Division
You can customize which person profiles and manifest attribute types appear in the Manifest grid for each division in your organization.
To configure Manifest settings by division
- Go to the Setup > Logbook > Manifest tab.
- From the division tree on the right side of the screen, select the division you want to set up.
- In the Enabled Person Profiles field, click to see a list of available person profiles. Click the profiles you want to enable for this division. To remove a profile, click the X next to its name.
- In the Enabled Manifest Attribute Type Columns field, click to see a list of available attribute types. Click the attribute types you want to enable for this division. To remove an attribute type, click the X next to its name.
- Click Save Changes.
NoteAfter you save your changes, the selected person profiles and manifest attribute types are automatically sorted alphabetically. You can't configure the display order from this screen. To reorder how columns appear in the Manifest grid, you'll need to customize the grid itself on the Onboard > Logs > Manifest tab.
NoteIf you haven't set up a configuration for a division yet, the system enables all person profiles and manifest attribute types by default. When you add a new person profile or manifest attribute type after you've created division configurations, the system automatically enables it for all divisions.
How Division Settings Affect the Manifest Grid
The Manifest grid shows different columns based on the division of the asset you select:
- Only the person profiles you've enabled appear in the Person Profile list when you create new entries.
- Only external people with enabled person profiles appear in the External Person list.
- Only the manifest attribute types you've enabled appear as columns in the grid.
- When you change the selected asset, the grid automatically updates to show the right columns for that asset's division.
