What does the Not Connected message mean?

Helm CONNECT is a web-based application so, if you see the Not Connected message in the bottom right corner of the screen, it means one of two things:

• Your internet connection has been interrupted.
• Your Helm CONNECT environment is not currently available because we’re updating it to a new version of Helm CONNECT.

If you see the Not Connected message, we recommend that you don’t attempt to save any work in Helm CONNECT and contact your system administrator for assistance.
