Why is my screen blank when I log in?
Depending on your browser settings, this could be a caching issue. We suggest you use the steps below to try clearing your browser data.
Chrome
To clear your browser data in Chrome
- In the browser bar, enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData to display the "Clear browsing data" window.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- From the Time range list, select All time then select the following options:
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
To clear your browser data in Microsoft Edge
- In the browser bar, enter edge://settings/clearBrowserData to display the "Clear browsing data" window.
- From the Time range list, select All time then select the following options:
- Browsing history
- Download history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear now.
