Forms – Complete a Form from Logs

Forms can be set up on schedules. They will show up in Logs To Do List when they are due

  1. From the menu, under Onboard, select Logs.
  2. Click the tab (Engine Log, Mate's Desk, or Wheelhouse) where you work.
  3. From the To Do list, select the form you want to use.
  4. Enter the details:
    1. Select your name from the Filled By field.
    2. Make sure the date and time displayed in the When fields are correct.
  5. Complete each item.
  6. (Optional) To print, click Print.
  7. (Optional) To add a note, click Notes.
  8. (Optional) To attach a file, click Attachments.
  9. Do one of the following:
    • To stop working on the form and return to it later, click Finish Later.
    • To discard the form, click Discard.
    • To finish the form, click Finish Now.
