Documents Overview

On an asset, the Library tab in Onboard > Documents displays all the documents that both the logged in user and the asset have permission to see.

The Library tab in Documents lists all the documents you have permission to see.

To view a document

1. From the Onboard menu, select Documents.
2. Click the Library tab.
3. From the list, select the document you want to view.

   TipUse the filters at the top of the tab to help you quickly find the items you're looking for.

4. (Optional) To view any notes, click Notes.
5. (Optional) To view any attached files, click Attachments.
