This article will explain how to add trip type template to your trip types in Helm CONNECT.
Trip Types Templates
Use the Setup > Orders > Trip Types tab to find your trip type.
Click Configure, then click the Templates tab. If you have access to multiple divisions, you can set up different field configurations for each division.
NoteIf you don't make any template configurations for a particular division, it will inherit the template configuration from its parent division.
To configure the template, add events and activities in the order you want them to appear.
NoteYour crew will also be able to add events and activities to a job that aren't part of the template.
