Documents – Update an existing document
Manage document version numbers and easily see when assets have received the latest update.
To update an existing document
- From the Compliance menu, select Documents.
- Click the Document Control tab.
- Update any necessary details, such as the version number or the published date.
- To upload the new PDF document, click the Upload PDF field.
- (Optional) To add a note, click Notes.
- (Optional) To attach a file, click Attachments.
- Click Publish to publish the updated document.
