Documents – Update an existing document

Manage document version numbers and easily see when assets have received the latest update.


To update an existing document

  1. From the Compliance menu, select Documents.
  2. Click the Document Control tab.
  3. Update any necessary details, such as the version number or the published date.
  4. To upload the new PDF document, click the Upload PDF field.
  5. (Optional) To add a note, click Notes.
  6. (Optional) To attach a file, click Attachments.
  7. Click Publish to publish the updated document.
