Forms – Look up completed forms in history on shore

The History tab in Compliance > Forms displays finished forms. Submitted forms that are waiting for approval won't appear in history until they've been approved.

Review history to see a record of finished forms.

1. From the Compliance menu, select Forms.
2. Click the History tab.

   TipUse the filters at the top of the tab to help you quickly find the items you're looking for.

3. From the list, select any item you want to see in more detail.
