Asset Certifications – View all asset certifications

Management > Assets helps you manage your assets, including their systems and required certifications.

You can view a current certification without renewing it. This is useful if you simply want to take a look at its details, or if you want to add a quick note or an attachment. You can view the certification from the Tracking tab for all your assets, or from the Tracking sub tab for an individual asset.

View a certification from the Tracking tab

1. From the Management menu, select Assets.
2. Click the Tracking tab.
3. Click the certification you want to view.

   Tip To quickly find what you're looking for, use the filters at the top of the tab to narrow the list.

4. In the Update Certification window, click View.
5. (Optional) Use the Notes tab to add notes to the certification.
6. (Optional) Use the Attachments tab to attach additional files to the certification.
7. Click outside the Update Certification window to close it.

View a certification from the Tracking sub tab

1. From the Management menu, select Assets.
2. Click the Assets tab.
3. Click the required card.

   Tip To quickly find what you're looking for, use the filters at the top of the tab to narrow the list.

4. Click the Tracking sub tab, then click the certification you want to view.
5. In the Update Certification window, click View.
6. (Optional) Use the Notes tab to add notes to the certification.
7. (Optional) Use the Attachments tab to attach additional files to the certification.
8. Click outside the Update Certification window to close it.
