Weekly Maintenance Windows for Customers Hosted in Multi-Tenant Environments
Helm CONNECT customers hosted in multi-tenant environments in the North, Central, and South American regions have weekly maintenance windows on Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Customers hosted in multi-tenant environments in the Asia-Pacific region have weekly maintenance windows on Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (Wednesdays at 5:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Time).
Having weekly maintenance windows helps us ensure the security of our servers and your data, streamline the deployment of new features, reduce bugs, improve reliability, and reduce the time and effort involved in each release. We use them to introduce new features and improvements, address issues, and perform backend maintenance. Some weeks, we may not need to do any work at all.
During a maintenance window, Helm CONNECT may be unavailable to your teams on shore or any integrations with third-party applications for up to one hour. Some weeks, our work may also affect your asset installations, but your crews can continue their work without interruption.
