How do I send a file to the Support team?

While troubleshooting an issue with you, the Support team may ask you to send them a file.

To send a file to the Support team

1. In the Ticket Number field below, enter your ticket number.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Drag the file onto the box below.
   • Click Browse files and navigate to the file on your computer.
3. Click Upload to send the file. The Support team will review it and update your ticket.
